Technical Support

We provide complete after-sales technical support for each built-to-order product. Prior to delivery, final testing at our facility verifies that the product will meet every form, fit, and functional customer requirement.

After delivery, we encourage power-up and additional set-up and configuration support, prior to customer installation.

Our highly qualified technicians receive ongoing industry training and can meet any customer technical support requirement. All our technicians are available for support by phone, email, or at the MicroDISC facility.

Lifecycle Support

We provide full Life Cycle Support for every built-to-spec product and system. In addition, we offer lifecycle support and management for products from other manufacturers as well.

Our Obsolescence Engineering team regularly monitors products and technologies, employing ‘what if’ scenarios and monitoring manufacturers’ production timelines to mitigate obsolescence issues as products mature through their life cycle to legacy support status.

Our long-standing client relationships are a testament to our unmatched problem-solving expertise in product lifecycle support and management. We work side by side with your team to provide solutions as equipment ages, critical components become obsolete or are no longer manufactured, or hardware upgrades require software updates.

Warranties

Warranties

All MicroDISC commercial computer vision systems come with a one-year limited warranty. MicroDISC computer vision systems for rugged MIL-STD-810 applications come with a three-year warranty with the option to purchase up to an additional three years of coverage.

We build systems from parts and components that are new and in accordance with industry-standard practices. We only use industry recognized quality components in our systems. Click below to learn more about our one and three-year limited warranties.
